PROMOTING WELL-BEING IN SCHOOLS: STRATEGIES FOR TEACHERS

This course* provides practical training on well-being strategies for teachers and students. Participants will explore effective approaches to promote mental health and emotional well-being in educational settings. The programme focuses on stress management, resilience, and burnout prevention. It supports the creation of a positive, inclusive, and motivating school environment. Through interactive workshops and peer collaboration, participants will exchange ideas and discover practical activities for classroom use. School visits and innovative educational experiences will offer inspiration and real-life examples. By the end of the course, participants will have gained practical tools to foster well-being, enhance engagement, and improve the overall quality of school life.

OBJECTIVES

This course aims to:

develop strategies to enhance teacher and student well-being
promote mental health and resilience in the classroom
support inclusive and student-centred teaching practices
integrate mindfulness and wellbeing activities into lessons
strengthen the European dimension of education
